Another one in Newton — under agreement and closing this week! This beautiful home quickly found its match, and it’s easy to see why. Fernando Dalfior is passionate about building dream homes for families just like his. He always put himself in the customer’s shoes designing modern and cozy projects that will transmit a good feeling to be living in and create good memories. “We’re all here to build something in this world, to do good and build something, but the idea of building a home for a family, I think it’s fascinating. Every time I’m designing a home, I pictured myself with my family, how I would want things, with my friends coming, the space that I would want when my relatives would come for the Holidays, even though I’m building for someone else, I always like to be proud of the projects I build.”
